Paper After All
Lower Mill
Anthony Ratcliffe will be exhibiting a handmade book of prints and an instillation of framed prints in the Paper After All exhibition in the Saul Hay Contemporary Art gallery in Manchester. The piece of work commissioned by the gallery consists of woodcut prints depicting a journey through the extensive levels of Coniston Coppermines and quarried workings with reference to the writings of John Ruskin.
Paper After All is a collaborative touring exhibition devised by Royal Cambrian Academy in Conwy, LLE in Cardiff, and PAPER and Saul Hay Gallery in Manchester. The exhibition brings together a group of artists associated with each organisation for a dialogue around paper.
