As yet untitled. Possibly one for Dean Clough

What would happen if…..?
This question is always at the forefront of my mind when I’m working. One of the most life giving aspects of the process for me is experimenting with all sorts of different materials and combining them to see what happens……creating different textures and layers and finding different ways of applying media and making marks. I absolutely love it and never seem to get bored of it

During lockdown I have particularly enjoyed working my way through Sketchbook Explorations by Shelley Rhodes with a view, not only to re-establish some sketchbook habits, but also inspiring me with some new ideas to try out! The book is beautiful and a work of art in itself.
