Work for Stanley and Aubrey Burton Gallery

Tim Pearce in his studio at work on his submission for the LFA Exhibition at the Stanley and Aubrey Burton Gallery, hopefully, to take place from November.

This painting is in response to a work in the University’s Collection by Edward Wadsworth of 1919 which depicts industrial waste from a Black Country steelworks.  In the left foreground is a clay slab built form in its early stages of construction with the kiln in the background. Tim often works simultaneously in both 2 and 3 dimensions.
