Preliminary work for the LFA Exhibition in the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery at Leeds University

These are the preliminary work I am doing for the Leeds University exhibition. I chose work in response to an acrylic by Judith Cain illustrating a corner of Roundhay Park with trees and flowerbeds. I love her textures and simple tree shapes so I am replicating this into my work. Roundhay Park is on my doorstep so in these lockdown times I have appreciated walking and cycling in the park.
